Windows Accessibility
Microsoft Windows has been made with many accessibility options to enable people with various disabilities to use their computer without having to purchase any extra software or hardware. The options vary in their ease of use and usefulness, and we have looked at them in sections defined, in the most general terms, by disability.
Options available include Keyboard settings, Sound and Display settings and Mouse settings.
These accessibility options are all available in the most recent version of Windows, Windows XP, and most are available in previous versions (Windows 95, 98, ME).
Many of these options are to be found in the Accessibility Options part of Control Panel. To open Accessibility Options you need to click on Control Panel in the Start menu.

The control panel will look something like this:

Accessibility Options can be opened by double clicking on the wheelchair icon. The default option is the Keyboard page, but each of the other sections (Sound, Display, Mouse and General) can be opened by clicking on the appropriate tab. The new window will look like this:
