Sayz Me is a free text-to-speech reader for Windows. Text is typed in or copied from the clipboard and then read aloud. Words are highlighted as they are spoken. You can change voice, adjust reading speed, voice pitch, font, font size and colour.

Sayz Me hides in the system tray when not being used. It is very simple and easy to use and, despite being intended for the visually impaired it would be helpful for anyone who has to sit in front of a computer for long periods of time.
