Review

The Joystick II has three buttons, yellow for left click, blue for right click and green for drag lock. It also has switch inputs for all three buttons, enabling standard switches to be used instead of the buttons (the switches are sold separately).

The button guard can help you to press the buttons, although it can be removed if that makes operating the joystick easier.

The Joystick II Plus is more sophisticated. It has six grey buttons. The extra ones operate double click, x-y lock (which allows only up/down or left/right movements of the pointer) and the pointer speed. These are helpful if you have more severe motor control problems. The Joystick II Plus also comes with a serial switch box, which allows you to use five of the buttons with switches (again, switches sold separately).

Both Joysticks have screw holes underneath, allowing them to be attached to a surface, wheelchair tray or mounting arm.
