Expert Mouse is an affordable roller ball that has a large number of features.

Around the ball are four buttons and a scroll wheel/button. These can be programmed to do whatever you want, including left click, right click, double click and drag lock. All programming is done with the supplied software, and is simple to do. The buttons need very little pressure to activate them, and there is audible feedback.

This roller ball also comes with a detachable wrist rest, making it very comfortable to use.

Whilst this roller ball is very flexible, the buttons are not guarded, and it has a removable ball which is large and very solid. Excellent for people with reduced fine motor skills who don't need the assistance of a button guard.
