Order Processing

You've placed, or are going to place an order with Aidis. What happens now?

If you have just placed an order with the Aidis Trust, you will receive a conformation email with your order details which will include an Order number. Most orders should arrive within 28 days. This maybe extended if items are currently out of stock with our suppliers and if so we will endeavor to inform you by email with an anticipated delivery date.

If your order hasn't arrived within 28 days, please email orders@aidis.org and state the Order number so that we can track your order and respond to you with relevant updates.

If you (or the individual you are placing the order for) is in receipt of DLA and you wish to gain the benefits of extra discounted prices on items, you will need to provide Aidis with proof of DLA and sign the VAT exemption form prior to ordering equipment (see VAT relief information for downloading the form). When we receive these forms (faxed, posted or emailed) we will send you an email to inform you that your membership account has been updated and that you can now Login and view and order items at the lowest prices.
