2. General Website disclaimer
- By viewing the website the user is deemed to consent to all terms and conditions set out below. If you have any questions regarding the terms and conditions, you should contact Aidis.
- Aidis reserves the right at all times to vary, change, alter, amend, add to or remove any of these terms. By browsing the Website you accept that you are bound by the current terms and conditions.
3. Copyright information
- The user may access any part of the site and download or copy material (by printing off individual pages on to paper) or download material on to disc (but not on to any server or other device connected to a network) for non-commercial use only. The copyright in such material shall be retained by Aidis and Aidis must be acknowledged in such material.
- You may not remove any copyright, trademark or intellectual property notices contained in the original material from any material downloaded or copied from the Website.
- Copying, distributing or any use of the materials contained on the web site for any commercial purpose is prohibited.
- You may not create a database by systematically downloading substantial parts of the Website.
4. Personal Information handling
- The details which you provide about yourself and any information which identifies you such as your name, address, email address, telephone number, country of residence and disability ("Personal Information") will only be retained by us if you provide this information when using one of the services available on our website, such as obtaining technical support, subscribing to one of our email lists or adding a message to the bulletin board. Personal Information will be held on our system and used for operational purposes.
In order to process a transaction, your Personal Information and card details may be passed to one of very few, selected third party service providers. In this case, the name of the service provider will appear on your credit/debit card statement. Card details will only be used for the purpose of handling an individual transaction.
The Personal Information you supply when you join one of our e-mail lists will be used by the Aidis Trust to keep you up-to-date with services, events and activities offered by the Aidis Trust. When accessing services you are given the opportunity to opt in to receiving news and information from the Aidis Trust. When joining one of our e-mail lists you are given the opportunity to opt in to receiving information from other organisations that share our aims and objectives. The Aidis Trust will only pass on your Personal Information if the relevant box has been ticked. You can amend these preferences at any time by emailing web@aidis.org.
- We may from time to time ask you for further information in order to update our records or for particular purposes. We will always tell you how we will use any further information received from you. From time to time we will need to send you our website and service announcement updates.

3.1 Every time someone visits our web site a log file is generated on our computer.
3.2 The log file records the time and date of your visit, the files that were requested, your IP (Internet Protocol) address, the referrer URL (if provided) and the browser version. 5.1 If you contact us we reserve the right to keep a record of that correspondence and incorporate the information it contains into our database.
5.2 If we are requested by the police or a regulatory or government authority investigating illegal activities to provide information concerning your activities whilst using the network we shall do so. We have negotiated with them to ensure the best prices for registered Aidis.org users. Card details will only be used for the purpose of handling an individual transaction.
