On-Line Training

To make sure you get the most that you can out of your computer and assistive technology, we can provide you with personal, one-to-one training on your equipment and special needs software such as:

  • Claro softwareremote
  • Clicker 5
  • Clicker 6
  • TextHelp Read & Write 11
  • The Grid 2.

Training is carried out remotely over the Internet, where our trainers will link to the machine in your home or office. This allows training to happen where, when and how often you require it.

Additionally, we offer training on a range of communication Apps (please call to find out which Apps are currently supported).

Finally, our training isn't just aimed at assistive technology. If you, or someone you know, would like training on any general aspect of using a computer (such as sending and receiving emails, writing and printing a letter, how to keep your computer healthy), then we are happy to help. As long as you either have a disability yourself or you support someone with a disability.

All on-line training, as with all of our services, are offered completely free of charge to those resident in the United Kingdom. Please call on 0808 800 0009 to book your free training sessions.
