By talking directly with you, our highly trained assessors are able to ask you the right questions and listen to your answers to identify what technology best suits your needs. Our assessments are carried out through our helpline, when visiting local community/parent groups, at exhibitions and sometimes even in your own home.

Even if you think you know what you need, you may wish to either check that you have the latest technology, or check whether there isn't an better or cheaper alternative. We can also explain in general terms what particular hardware and software can do for you, as well as offer you free online training.

Unfortunately, as a small charity we are unable to give you the equipment we recommend. However, if you need help paying for what you need, we may be able to offer some useful advice about how you can approach the organisations that exist and can help you. We will also be able to find the cheapest prices for what we recommend.
